Is there a fee for missed appointments?
We do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur, as this is a normal course of life. If these “unforseen” events take a rather “habitual” turn then we may assess a fee. We kindly ask that, if for any reason you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you provide us at least 2 business days’ notice, so another patient, sometimes waiting in pain, can utilize that slot. Remember, next time you may be the patient in pain and no appointment may be readily available, just because somebody “forgot” to give us proper notice.
